Help Us Build Stronger Families and Communities
For the past decade, we have witnessed the marijuana industry, its lobbying organizations, and the media promote the normalization of drug use.
They have sought to do this through the liberalization of marijuana laws. Make no mistake, they are bringing this same message to Idaho. It is coming in the form of voter initiatives and by pressuring legislators. If this initiative or legislation passes, it would forever change Idaho laws and our way of life.
This issue is playing a crucial role in the current legislative session and in the 2020 elections.
Simply put, we cannot allow this to happen.
Earlier this year Idahoans for Healthy Kids and Communities (IHKC) was founded as a grassroots organization to combat intentions to legalize and normalize the use of marijuana.
We are asking you to join this cause to defeat these efforts.
We think that having pot shops popping up across our state would be terrible for Idaho. In legalized states all around us we see the influence of normalizing drug use. More crime, a flourishing black market, increased youth marijuana use, decreased highway safety, and sickness and death from vaping – all tied directly to the legalization of marijuana.
It’s time to act.
Idahoans for Healthy Kids and Communities is working to stop marijuana from coming to Idaho, and we need your help. Groups behind the pot initiative are raising a vast amount of money to promote their plan to change Idaho laws. We need your support to fight this movement.
Idahoans for Healthy Kids and Communities is not designed to be the typical non-profit drug prevention group – it is designed to be a political organization that can punch back quickly against the pro-marijuana, pro-drug culture that is encompassing Idaho.
The funds raised by IHKC will be used to provide critical information to all Idaho citizens through earned media, mailings, television, and radio ads. Each one designed to emphasize the message that Idaho does not support marijuana legalization in any form.
If you share our interest in protecting Idaho from the negative social, economic, medical, and legal consequences of drug normalization, please join us by making a significant donation to this effort today.
